• The Trailforks app can be used without cell coverage and will show you where you are on the CAMBA trail system.
  • The CAMBA trail system employs two different types of location reference signage: CAMBA Location Markers and Emergency Location Markers.
  • Each major CAMBA trail intersection has a CAMBA You Are Here map, plus a CAMBA Location Marker sign with a Letter/Number reference, such as N9, which you will also find on the map or on Trailforks. Minor trail intersections just have CAMBA Location Markers on a post.
  • Use the CAMBA Location Markers as checkpoints on your ride. If you are unsure of your location, check the numbered CAMBA Location Marker at the next major intersection and find that location number on the You Are Here map.
  • All intersections also have an Emergency Location Marker labeled with U.S. National Grid (USNG) coordinates used for emergency services, expressed in two rows of four numerals. USNG coordinates will provides emergency services information on your specific location. We provide signage at intersections but it is more valuable for you to have your specific location. Download an app to have on your phone so you will always know exactly where you are. Learn more about available apps from the US National Grid Information Center.
