A woman MTB coach watches as a woman on a mountain bike rides toward her on a trail in the woods.

The 2024 CAMBA Women’s Mountain Bike Clinic North will be a weekend of learning, growing confidence, having fun, and experiencing the beauty of the CAMBA, Mt. Ashwabay trail cluster!  Set in the idyllic Chequamegon Bay area of Northern Wisconsin, instruction for the clinic will be provided by regional certified coaches who have experience in teaching beginner, intermediate, and advanced riders looking to gain confidence on their bikes and improve their skills on the trails.  Open to those identifying as women mountain bikers and over the age of sixteen, all skill levels are welcome.

Not sure what level of rider you are? Not to worry! A pre-clinic survey will be sent to all participants, the results of which will be used by the coaching staff to assess skill levels. Beginning riders will learn basic bike handling skills for single-track riding, while advanced riders will refresh on the basics and build their skills on the challenging Mt. Ashwabay trails. While we all like to see as much of the trail as we can, please remember that this clinic is focused on building skills and gaining confidence in a supportive environment. It is not focused on miles of trail ridden.

All participants will receive swag, breakfast and coffee each morning, Saturday and Sunday lunch, and snacks throughout the weekend.  Come and experience the rad trails, excellent food, the sweetest swag, and more fun than you can shake a stick at!

See the tentative schedule below – note that this schedule is subject to change and all participants will be notified if there are any changes. Email Laurie at with any questions.
